Classes to be hosted in Sendik’s West Bend Community Room

Sendik’s Food Market, West Bend, is partnering with Froedtert Health St. Joseph’s Hospital to offer an educational five-week healthy eating program. The program is designed to help people adopt healthy eating habits in five key areas: fats, carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables, the right proteins and the right beverages.

This program is offered free-of-charge and will be hosted in Sendik’s Community Room beginning Thursday, March 22 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:50 a.m. Classes will run Thursday mornings from March 22 – April 19.  Registered dietitians from Froedtert Health will present the program based on the book “Eat Right for Life”, by Ann Kulze, MD.

Class size is limited and registration is required by calling 1-800-272-3666. There is a $5.00 book fee payable at the first class. Cash or personal checks accepted.
