Hey all! Just thought I’d share a few more recipes that you can whip up with ingredients from the current Sendik’s sale ad…a few easy ideas to take the guesswork out of dinner this week and into the weekend.
Try this Adobo Rubbed Pork Tenderloin. It’s quick and easy and uses the sear-roasting technique that I love. There’s a Black Bean Pico de Gallo recipe that goes along with it (you’ll see it if you click on the recipe link) — it’s also super easy. If you don’t feel like pulling that together, the pork would be delicious served on a bed of the sale Vigo Black Bean & Rice Mix; Pork Tenderloin Value Packs are also on sale.
Before winter gets away from us, let’s all have one more go ’round with the ultimate in winter comfort food: The Best Ever Chicken Pot Pie. I’ve said it before, I’ve never met anyone who doesn’t like this recipe. Except for No Thank You Boy, and he doesn’t count because he’s, like, ridiculous. Make this on Tuesday when the boneless, skinless chicken breasts are on sale. Organic broccoli is also on sale this week.
