The Seeker Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand, 2010

Sauvignon Blanc - discovered in New Zealand. Fine wines. Since our founding as wine merchants 60 years ago, we have relentlessly tracked down the world's finest wines across time zones and continents. We forged lasting relationships with some of the world's most talented winemaking families, and today our team of wine lovers carries on this tradition. Our winemaking partners crafted flavorful, individual wines from selected grapes as part of the Seeker wines. The first Seeker wines come from France, New Zealand and Argentina. If you share the joy of discovery, this wine is for the Seeker in you. Master of Wine Steve Smith selected grapes from three of New Zealand's best Sauvignon Blanc vineyard sites. The blend of these regions produces something unique, offering in Steve's words: a full-flavored palate of citrus, nectarine and sweet summer herbs, finishing long and juicy; a wine that is clearly greater than the sum of its parts. With bracing acidity, fresh, attractive tangy flavors, and a fruity finish - it's all here, ready to be enjoyed tonight. Paper, printing process, and lightweight glass used for this wine result in a smaller carbon footprint. Alc. 13.5% by vol. Produced and bottled by Capricorn Wine Estates Highway 50, RD5 Hastings, Hawkes Bay, New Zealand. Imported by Kobrand Corporation, New York, NY. Product of New Zealand.
