Inox Inox Chardonnay, Willamette Valley, 2007

Inox (E-nox) is another word for stainless steel. This Chardonnay saw only a stainless-steel tank, no barrel, and is as different from traditional Chardonnay as stainless steel is from cast iron. We want to bring you a bright, acid-driven, full-fruited white wine that shows the pedigree of great Dijon clone Chardonnay, but without the overlay of oak that to some is ponderous and less friendly to food. Enjoy it well-chilled with a spectrum of cuisines. Enjoy the structure. Enjoy the fruit. Enjoy the difference! 0.3% residual sugar. 13.5% alc by vol.
