• A 1lb live lobster typically contains about 6-7oz of meat. This is a good size lobster for a light to medium eater. Big eaters should consider having 2 lobsters per person.
• Once a lobster is cooked, its meat will last 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
• Leftover lobster meat is great for other dishes like lobster tacos, or adding to pasta dishes.
