All of the romaine lettuce sold by Sendik’s was harvested on or after November 23 from safe, permitted growing areas of the Imperial Valley and other desert growing regions in California, as well as Yuma, AZ, and Mexico. It is now safe to consume romaine lettuce purchased at Sendik’s.

Chobani has issued a voluntary recall for Chobani Key Lime Crumble Flip 4-packs. A statement on the overwrap label erroneously states “No Gluten.” For consumers with allergy concerns or celiac disease, consumption could lead to potentially adverse reactions. For those without wheat allergen concerns, the product is okay to consume. All other Chobani products including 5.3oz single-serve Chobani Flip Key Lime Crumble are not affected. Again, the labeling error only impacts Chobani Flip Key Lime Crumble 4-packs.
