Catena Argentina Mendoza Cabernet Sauvignon 750 Ml

High altitude grapes selected by Bodega Catena Zapata. Fundada en 1902. Nicolas Catena 2009 decanter man of the year. The Catena Family. Four generations. One hundred years of defining Argentine wine. Owner Nicola's Catena has conducted extensive research into the soils and microclimates of Mendoza's high altitude wine country in the foothills of the Andes mountains. At different altitudes, our Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards express a distinctive profile of aromas and flavors. Catena Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from the following estate grown vineyards: the Lujan de Cuyo vineyard, 3,100 feet (940 m) elevation (30%) and the Tupungato vineyard, 3,700 feet (1,130 m) elevation (70%). From the blend of these components emerges a wine of unique character that has balance, concentration and a strong varietal identity. Alc by vol 13.5%. Product of Argentina.
