Every bottle of tequila corazon is made from 100% blue agave harvested by hand in los altos de Jalisco, Mexico. Expert craftsmen at the renowned Casa San Matias distillery employ time-honored distilling traditions to produce a tequila of superb quality. Applying state-of-the-art expertise, the tequila progresses through a second distillation and controlled oxygenation. While Anejo tequila is required to be aged for at least 12 months, our Anejo rests in hand-selected oak barrels for 16 to 18 months until judged perfect.
