Betty Brinn Children’s Museum

Southeastern Wisconsin is our home, and we love supporting the organizations that serve our neighbors

We’re honored to partner with the Betty Brinn Children’s Museum in downtown Milwaukee in its effort to provide educational resources that promote the healthy development of children in their formative years.

The museum, which welcomes over 200,000 guests annually, is a premier educational facility devoted to helping young children develop skills that will help them succeed in school — and for a lifetime.  It features its own kid-size hometown that includes a mini Sendik’s, vet, doctor, bus, motorcycle dealership and much more.

Even though it’s a mini Sendik’s, it’s very real life for kids. It features:

• Real looking props in the exhibits grocery & produce departments.

• An engaging setting that encourages children to sort, stock and shop as they enjoy fun, hands-on and role-play experiences that encourage them to match, sort, read, count, share and cooperate, and play with others.

• A touch screen cash register at the checkout for children to get a true hands-on shopping and checking out experience.

• A 1920’s Model T Truck in a nod to our history, that kids can pretend to drive.
