What is Sendik's Express?
Sendik’s Express is an online store, accessed via sendiks.com, where you can shop electronically for your groceries and either pick them up at your neighborhood Sendik’s or have them delivered to your home.
Will I pay more for items if I shop online?
Not at all. With Sendik’s Express, the price you see online is the same price you’d find in our aisles. We believe in transparent pricing without the "online markup" common elsewhere.
How much does this service cost?
The service costs just $5.95 per order for pickup or $15.95 per order for delivery.
What is the provisional charge?
We temporarily authorize your card for the higher of $5 or 15% of the item total. It helps account for charges like bottle deposits, final sales tax, and items sold by weight. As soon as your order is complete, we charge your card for exactly what was in your final order.
Can I order online and have my order delivered?
Yes! We currently offer two delivery windows at most stores: 9 AM - 12 PM and 2 PM - 5 PM.
What forms of payment are accepted for online orders?
Currently, you may pay via credit or debit card online.
Can I change my order (once it has been submitted)?
Up until the point your order is being selected, you are welcome to update your order. You can update your order by clicking My Account, then My Orders.
What times are available for curbside pickup?
The Sendik’s Express curbside pickup is normally available from 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM every day.
Who is picking my order?
Each store has dedicated Personal Shoppers. Shoppers are Sendik's employees (we do not use a third party service to select your products).
What happens if the item I ordered is out of stock?
In the event an item is unavailable and you have indicated that you allow substitutions, your Personal Shopper will substitute a similar item.
When is the soonest I can place my order?
Orders can be placed no sooner than 4 hours in advance of pickup. Delivery orders and morning pickup orders may require additional lead time.
How will I know that my order has been received?
Once you submit your order online, you will be brought to a confirmation page with an order confirmation number. In addition, you will also receive a notification email with order details.
What if I don't receive an e-mail confirmation?
In the event you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your SPAM folder. In addition, please ensure that you have submitted the order on the final checkout screen and have received an order confirmation number.
When will I know my order is ready for pickup?
Once your order is ready for pickup, you will be notified via email that the order is ready.
Where will I pickup my order?
At each location, there are dedicated parking spots for Sendik’s Express customers. Upon arrival, please pull into the parking spot and call the posted number.
Does the website save my credit card information?
Our website is able to securely save tokenized credit card information, if preferred.
Will I be able to input my coupons?
Currently, the Sendik’s Express site does not accept coupons.
What happens if the items received do not meet my quality standards?
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unsatisfied with the items received, please be sure to let us know so we can make it right.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
If the individual placing the order will not be picking up the order, please be sure to input the pickup information into the order details field.
What is your alcohol policy?
If your order contains alcoholic items, upon pickup, you must have proper identification ready for the Personal Shopper. According to local ordinance we are unable to deliver products that contain alcohol.
Can I shop the Weekly Ad?
Yes, by clicking the Weekly Ad in the Top Navigation Bar, you will be brought to the Weekly Ad. To take advantage of this pricing, your pickup must occur within the ad’s sale dates.
When will my credit or debit card be charged?
When you submit your order, your credit card will be pre-authorized. Ultimately, the final amount you will be charged will be based on the price of items in our stores on the day of pickup or delivery.
Can I redeem Rewards points when placing an order for groceries online?
Yes, to redeem your earned Red Bag Rewards points for Rewards items online, click the Redeem Points button at the Review stage at Checkout.
Do I need to be a Red Bag Rewards member to receive sale prices?
No. Our program is no hassle and has no hidden pricing. The same great items are available at the same great prices for all of our guests.
How do I join?
Please provide your cell phone number to your friendly cashier on your next visit to Sendik’s. (Express users will be automatically enrolled by their Personal Shopper.)
What if I don’t want to carry a card?
No problem. Simply input the cell phone number associated with your account each time you check out.
How can I use my points?
When you reach 250 points, you may redeem your points for discounted items or free items.
Where can I see a list of the items I can earn?
Please look for signs in your neighborhood Sendik’s or you can view the rewards on our website at any time.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
There is no limit!
Do my points ever expire?
Your points will expire only if you have not shopped with Sendik’s in six months at Sendik’s Food Markets, Sendik’s Fresh2GO or sendiks.com.
What if I don’t have a mobile phone or an email?
You can earn Red Bag Rewards points without a cell phone or email by getting a card at any location.
What types of purchases will earn points?
You will earn 1 point for every $1 you spend. This excludes fuel, tobacco, lottery, stamps, bottle deposits, fundraising and gift cards.
I didn't provide my mobile number, but I have the receipt. Can I still get points?

Can I request custom cuts of meat?
Yes! Our full-service meat departments are staffed by experienced butchers who cut meat fresh daily. We are happy to trim, tie, or cut your selection to your exact specifications while you wait.
What is Sendik's return policy?
Returns must be accompanied by a register receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase. If no receipt is present Sendik’s will happily exchange your product. Seasonal items, alcohol, tobacco, and gift cards are non-refundable.
Does Sendik's deliver flowers?
Yes. Sendik's Home offers white-glove, hand-delivery for floral arrangements and gifts across Southeastern Wisconsin. We also offer wedding floral services and our 'Flowers for a Year' subscription.
Do you accept paper coupons?
Yes, we accept valid manufacturer coupons at our registers (one per item), provided they scan correctly and are not expired. You can also clip digital coupons directly to your Red Bag Rewards account for automatic savings.
Where does Sendik's source its produce?
We have deep roots in the produce business dating back to 1926. Through our 'Real Local' program, we partner with local Wisconsin family farms to bring you the freshest seasonal fruits and vegetables available whenever possible.
How do I apply for a job at Sendik's?

Yes. Sendik's Home creates stunning custom gift baskets for any occasion, featuring our premium fruit, cheeses, wines, and gourmet snacks. You can order them online or in-store.
