Official Rules for the Sendik’s Centennial Sweepstakes Promotion
How to Enter: Enter your Red Bag Rewards account or scan your Red Bag Rewards card
every time you checkout between April 15, 2026 and May 12, 2026.

Mail In Option: Send a postcard or paper with your name, phone number (area
code included) & email address (if available) to Sweepstakes Entry, Sendik’s Food
Markets, 7225 W Marcia Road, Milwaukee, WI 53223. The postcard or paper
must be placed in an envelope with proper postage affixed and postmarked by
the Friday prior to each weekly drawing to be entered into the contest.
The Sendik’s Centennial Sweepstakes Promotion (the “Promotion”) runs from April 15,
2026, through May 12, 2026. The Promotion consists of one $5,000 cash prize, one
weekend get-away at a Secrets Resort (valued up to $5,000), one Autographed Green
Bay Packers Helmet, 2 separate autographed Green Bay Packer footballs, 2 $500
Kalahari Resort Gift cards, 4 Blue Tees Player plus GPS speakers, 4 sets of Callaway WRC
Golf Balls.
One winner for each prize will be chosen randomly by a computer generated selection.
The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and/or release of liability
and publicity before being awarded the prize. Winners will be notified by phone or
email on or around the Monday of the week after the promotion. Winners forfeit a
prize that is not claimed within 7 days. After 7 days, Sendik’s will select another winner
for an unclaimed prize. Sendik’s employees and their immediate family members are
not eligible to enter or win. Must be a Wisconsin resident and 18 years or older to enter
to win the giveaway prizes.
Sendik’s Food Markets reserves – and by entering the Promotion, winners grant Sendik’s
Food Markets – the right to use the winner’s name for commercial and promotional
purposes. By entering, participants agree to these rules and the decisions of Sendik’s
Food Markets, which are final. Any information gathered will not be shared with a third
party. Sendik’s never sells or redistributes customer information to any person or
