Sendik’s Express is an online store, accessed via Sendiks.com, where you can shop electronically for your groceries and pick them up at your neighborhood Sendik’s.
The service costs just $5.95 per order.
We temporarily authorize your card for the higher of $5 or 10% of the item total. It helps account for charges like bottle deposits, final sales tax, and items sold by weight. As soon as your order is complete, we charge your card for exactly what was in your final order.
Yes, with a $50 minimum order! We currently offer two delivery windows: 9-11 am and 3-5 pm.
Currently, you may pay via credit or debit card online.
Up until the point your order is being selected, we are welcome to update your order. You can update your order by clicking My Account, then My Orders. After clicking on your order number, you will be able to update accordingly.
The Sendik’s Express service is available from 10:00-7:00 during the week (Monday-Friday) and 10:00-5:00 on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday). Please note, during the Holidays and other busy times, the number of available pickup times may be limited.
Each store has dedicated Personal Shoppers. These shoppers are focused on quality and ensuring you enjoy the best online grocery shopping experience, period.
In the event an item is unavailable and you have indicated that you allow substitutions, your Personal Shopper will call you to discuss the order. If the Shopper cannot reach you, they will use their in-depth product knowledge to meet your quality and product standards. Please note, during your on-site shopping experience, you will also have the opportunity to select “No Substitution on a per product basis.
Orders can be placed no sooner than 4 hours in advance of pickup.
Once you submit your order online, you will be brought to a confirmation page with an order confirmation number. In addition, you will also receive a notification email with order details.
In the event you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your SPAM folder or other alternate email folders. In addition, please ensure that you have submitted the order on the final checkout screen and have received an order confirmation number.
Once your order is ready for pickup, you will be notified via email that the order is ready.
At each location, there are dedicated parking spots for Sendik’s Express customers. Upon arrival, please pull into the parking spot and call the posted number.
Upon arrival at the store, please have identification ready for your Personal Shoppers.
For the safety and security of our customers, the website does not save credit card information.
Currently, the Sendik’s Express site does not accept coupons.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unsatisfied with the items received, please be sure to let us know so we can make it right.
If the individual placing the order will not be picking up the order, please be sure to input the pickup information into the order details field.
If your order contains alcohol, upon pickup, you must have proper identification ready for the Personal Shopper and provide a signature upon receipt of goods. If a minor will be picking up the order, the alcohol will be removed from the order.
Yes, by clicking the Weekly Ad in the Top Navigation Bar, you will be brought to the Weekly Ad. To take advantage of this pricing, your pickup must occur within the ad’s sale dates. You will always receive the same pricing available in our stores on the day of your pickup.
When you submit your order, your credit card will be authorized for the total order amount, including the order value, provisional charge, and pick-up fee. Ultimately, the final amount you will be charged will be based on the price of items in our stores on the day of pickup. The final amount charged will include the order value, pick-up fee, and the exact weight of any items sold by the pound.
