Amy's Thai Red Curry
Microwave or regular oven. Plane based. We spent several years searching everywhere, including Thailand, for someone to help create the perfect Thai meals for Amy's customers, but with no success. And then, serendipitously, we found one of our employees, who was part owner of a Thai restaurant right here in Santa Rosa where our plant is located. We immediately asked him to prepare some Thai dishes for us, and he did. They were so delicious that we knew our customers would love them. This Thai Red Curry is Amy's dad's favorite. It has finely cut organic vegetables-sauteed onions, broccoli, carrots, tofu and delightfully sweet butternut squash-swimming in a traditionally spiced (but not too hot) smooth coconut milk-based curry sauce. Fragrant jasmine rice completes this meal that has no dairy, no wheat and is absolutely delicious. So enjoy! Family owned since 1987. After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987, we found there was little time to prepare the quality homemade food we normally ate. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we started Amy's Kitchen to prepare delicious meals for those who care about the food they eat but are often too busy to cook. We use only the finest ingredients and prepare them with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home. No meat, fish, shellfish, poultry, eggs or peanuts are ever used in any Amy's products.
